Cemeska Mouldings has years of experience in the industry and one of the best-equipped tool rooms in Canada. With three and five-axis machines, the latest Siemens NX CAD/CAM software, conventional mills, lathes and grinders, our highly skilled toolmakers can manufacture high-quality precision tools consistently and cost-effectively.

As moulds can be the most expensive investment in product development, tool design is crucial in the overall process. All tooling is fully CAD modelled before manufacture. This is to enable fast and efficient product design and manufacture, as well as to facilitate ongoing tooling support.

We produce both single and multi-cavity tools, all built with high precision, longevity and production efficiency in mind. We also design and build highly technical, complex moulds with hot runners, moving cores, multistage injection and sophisticated cooling systems when required.

Mould trialling is conducted before final production to ensure that the end product fits the original brief and allow for any fine-tuning. We also offer additional services such as CNC and CAM Machining, hard milling, spark eroding (EDM) and contour engraving on request.
